Cartridge Dust Collectors
This self-cleaning dust collector is designed for eliminating smoke, dust and other unbreathables from the air. The powerful blower features a high face-velocity, removing particulate as small as 0.5 micron with the standard filter. The FRED-C Series line of dust collectors incorporates a downflow vertical design to effectively filter and separate dust from a polluted airstream while preventing the re-entrainment of dust on the cartridges.
The FRED-C Series collectors range in size from 2 to 128 cartridges, depending on your needs. The Venturi reverse-pulse cleaning increases filter life by blasting a higher volume of air onto the filters, delivering superior cleaning performance compared to conventional pulse jet sytems.
Wet Collectors
Diversitech makes three different units to ensure they have the right unit for your process.
Theses unit can be easily cleaned with an optional wet-vacuum making routine service faster & easier. For applications where the dust generation is further away from the collector, empty downdraft tables or extraction arms are popular options.
The wet dust collector works by drawing dust-laden air in through the inlet on the back of the scrubber. A tank of water and a series of internal baffles known as a “water tree” filter the combustible dust via engineered water streams. Dust is filtered through contact with water droplets and contained in the bottom of the collector for safe removal at necessary maintenance intervals. Water levels are automatically controlled with valves and sensors, including interlock functions to meet NFPA and OSHA codes.
Ambient Air Cleaners
The FRED T Series are packaged air filtration systems that are designed to collect dust, smoke and other airborne pollutants with a 95% efficient, 2-stage filtration system.
The unit’s modular construction allows for unlimited configuration versatilities. Units can be stacked in vertical, horizontal, or quad configurations as part of a complete ambient air filtration design. Assemblies can be field modified and upgraded to meet your changing application demands.
Oil Mist Collectors
The D-Mister Oil Mist & VOC Collector better protects operators and machinery by capturing and filtering unbreathable particles created from many diverse machining operations. Oily smoke and airborne VOCs can quickly be removed from your plant environment.
Oil & Mist collectors range from 800 CFM to 8000 CFM, and can be outfitted with carbon filtration modules to handle odours and chemical fumes from VOCs, or HEPA filters to handle fine particulate applications.
Cartridge Filter Cleaning Machine
The Green Filter Cleaning Machine effectively and safely cleans your air filters. The recycling of dirty cartridge filers translates into immediate ROI as filters can be reused 3-6 times, depending on application.
Ideal for cleaning dust collector filters, diesel engine intake filters, or any cartridge with an inner diameter greater than 6.5″ and an outer diameter less than 20″. The Green Filter Cleaning Machine will accept filter heights up to 32″ (40″ extended unit available). The filter cleaning mechanism requires 80 cfm of compressed air at 80-100 psi to function properly.
